Ties can really solidify the first impression with your recruiter, and establish you in their mind as someone who stands out.  You may have gone to a couple stores looking for that perfect tie to match what you saw in my guide.  If you found something that works well, congratulations!  If, however, you came up short (like I did the first several trips!), don’t fret!
